Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 kgs red tomato


  • 4 tsp jaggery powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1/4 tsp chat masala


  • 2 pinch red chilli


  • 1 tsp fennelseeds


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a tomato wash and cut in diced.
  • Take a pan add oil and fennelseeds till golden add tomato and all ingredients mix add water then covered.
  • After cook mashed tomato and make a thick tomato takk.
  • serve with bread,roti,poori or parantha as u like.
